Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of massage techniques, including trigger point therapy, to address patient needs.

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans.

  • Provide excellent customer service by ensuring clients feel comfortable and relaxed during their sessions.

  • Maintain accurate records of treatments and client progress-SOAP notes.

  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals (chiropractor, occupational therapist, acupuncturist to enhance patient care.

  • Stay informed about the latest developments in massage therapy, anatomy, and pain management techniques.

  • Adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols within the practice.

 

Experience

  • Proven experience as a Massage Therapist with a strong focus on customer service.

  • Familiarity with pain management strategies and patient service best practices.

  • A solid understanding of anatomy and physiology is essential for effective treatment planning.

Responsibilities

  • Support Occupational Therapists in delivering high-quality care

  • Lead patients through therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, functional activities, and self-care training

  • Assist with application of treatment modalities 

  • Work with a wide range of patients, from children to older adults

  • Communicate clearly with patients and team members

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation (notes and patient records)

  • Collaborate with chiropractors, acupuncturists, massage therapists, and stretch coaches as part of a multidisciplinary team

  • Maintain a clean, professional, and organized treatment area

  • Stay current on license and certification requirements

 

Experience

  • Active New Jersey COTA License (Required)

  • PAMs certification required before start date 

  • Comfortable working with patients of all ages

  • Experience or strong interest in supporting patients with general pain, movement limitations, and functional challenges

  • Able to think outside the box and tailor care to individual patient needs  

  • Comfortable interacting with people in a fast-paced environment

  • Likes to work in high-performing team setting 

  • Eager to grow as the office continues to grow

  • Adapt quickly and manage high volumes with confidence and care
     

  • Participate in team huddles, trainings, and leadership development

 

Experience

  • Minimum 1–2 years in a leadership, management, or high-responsibility front desk role
     

  • Strong leadership presence and natural ownership over results
     

  • Some experience in chiropractic, therapy, or wellness setting preferred
     

  • Comfortable thinking outside the box to solve problems and improve systems
     

  • Familiar with KPIs, team communication tools, and patient service
     

  • Must be tech-savvy, organized, and detail-oriented
     

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
     

  • Reliable, emotionally mature, and mission-driven
