Dr. Ace is a caring chiropractor who was born & raised in northern New Jersey.

She is motivated by her two happy & energetic sons Elijah & Zachariah. She is inspired by her hard-working Filipino parents Allen & Yvette.

She met her amazing husband Herman playing basketball. Her favorite teams are the NY Knicks & Giants.

She is a member of North Jersey Vineyard Church and volunteers in kids ministry. She treats Better U members like family & encourages to “be your best!”

Laura is our ray of sunshine with her ever joyful and encouraging attitude, as well as her aspiration to make every interaction meaningful. She strives to inspire others to become the best version of themselves by radiating hope and optimism. 

​Laura went to Kean University where she earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology.  She continued on to EastWick College, where she graduated with honors as a certified Occupational Therapy Assistant. Additionally, Laura is Certified in Physical Agent Modalities.

Her hobbies include: reading, spinning and cheering on the Patriots.

Laura's favorite quote is, "We rise by lifting others."

Sarah is our secret weapon for everything business.  She is also the person behind our social media and fun raffle and event ideas.  Sarah works hard to ensure all our members feel appreciated and heard and as many people as possible know about our amazing providers and services. She pushes Better U to be the best it can possibly be, while offering us  entertainment along the way with her larger than life personality. Her life mottos are: 1. Everything is hard until U know how to do it. 2. All I ever get is what I want.

Kim is the heart of our Teterboro office with her down to earth and kind nature.  She is the first bright, smiling face U will see when U enter the office and the last smiling face when U leave. Kim has 15 years of previous managerial experience and a deep commitment to every member's positive experience and complete wellness. Her life motto is: work smart, not hard.  She believes that gratitude is the absolute best way to bring more into your life!

Tania is our amazing Linden Office Manager! She strives to make a positive impact on everyone she comes across, which makes her the perfect addition to our team! Tania has a bachelors degree in business administration and 3 years of prior managerial experience. She loves to travel and try new things.  Her life motto is:  With a positive attitude,  it is possible to turn situations of failure into success. 

Dawn has over 20 years of experience working in chiropractic and orthopedic offices.  She is well-versed on the benefits of chiropractic care and is always happy to help!  She is committed to helping our members experience everything Better U has to offer for their personal wellness.  Dawn's hobbies include shopping and reading.  Her favorite quote is:  Be grateful for the small things in life.

Jung enjoys observing the improvement in our members' health. She enjoys administering acupuncture, which is a phenomenal science that regulates and harmonizes the body and mind.

She holds a master's degree in acupuncture and is a licensed acupuncturist with a completed herbology course at TCM School. Jung specializes in pain management, calming spirits, anxiety relief, and women's disease management. She hopes to collaborate with our team to enhance our members' overall health, including mental and physical levels of function.

Andrei is a passionate occupational therapist dedicated to making a positive impact on others’ lives through therapeutic interventions. Andrei is experienced in working with children, adults, and older adults, addressing a variety of different conditions and working to help each individual overcome obstacles. 

Andrei graduated with a Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy at Seton Hall University. He specializes in musculoskeletal rehabilitation and is certified in administering Physical Agent Modalities to manage pain symptoms. 

His hobbies include: playing basketball, boxing, muay thai, golfing, and playing the guitar. He will debate you on who the GOAT of basketball is, and provide multiple reasons why. He hopes to become the GOAT of occupational therapy one day. He is motivated to collaborate with his members to become a “BetterU” for a better tomorrow.

Glendolin "Glen" is an experienced massage therapist practcing for over 15 years. When asked how she was introduced to  massage therapy she recalls growing up in her home in Costa Rica and being taught that natural herbs, massage therapy and prayer can heal any ailment. Little did she know that this very important lesson would shape her journey into becoming the holistic healer that she is today.

She believes that you can change someone’s life through touch and her gift is something she takes pride in sharing with each of her clients.

Glendolin believes an individual’s healing journey is a continuous labor of love through one’s spirituality and physicality.

Glendolin prides herself on taking the time to listen and understand each client. She can feel, not only, a client’s physical ailment but also the unique emotions and energy that they may be holding on to. Her vision for her clients is to make sure that the goals in their healing journey are met whether for continuous care or the occasional healing session.

Myriam is dedicated to making a positive difference in our members' lives one massage at a time.

She studied at the Ori Health and Healing Center and became a Licensed Massage Therapist once she graduated. Myriam has multiple massage certifications, including: cancer massage, sports massage, myofascial massage, prenatal massage, and lymphatic drainage.

She wants to be the best massage therapist that she can be in order to improve our members' well-being!

Eddie is a Licensed Massage Therapist who graduated from American Institute.  He's always had an interest in massage therapy and helping those who are in pain, recovering from an injury or dealing with stress. Eddie specializes in trigger point therapy and stretching. He is also a huge fan of the New York Giants!
